On the morning of July 28, Quynh Phu District Gardening Association held the Congress of Delegates for the 2023 - 2028 term.

In the 2018-2023 term, the Quynh Phu District Gardening Association has focused on propagating to its members to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the district's political tasks; focusing on building a strong association organization. VAC and farm economic development activities have been focused on, completing the targets set by the congress resolution, contributing to the Party Committee and people in the district to successfully implement local socio-economic targets. Over the past 5 years, the Association has established 2 new cooperatives and 11 cooperative groups; coordinated with provincial and district associations and organizations to organize seminars, training courses, and transfer of science and technology, thanks to which members have applied new scientific and technical advances in farming to help improve economic efficiency. Many models bring high economic value: medicinal plant growing and essential oil production model, commercial pig farming model, fruit tree growing model... with average income from 300 million to over 1.2 billion VND/year.

In the 2023-2028 term, Quynh Phu District Gardening Association will focus on developing members, building a strong association base, striving to recruit 50 new members/year, by the end of the term there will be a total of 4,167 members or more; launching emulation movements to develop the economy ..., contributing to improving people's lives, promoting the district's economy to grow more and more.

The Executive Committee of the Quynh Phu District Gardening Association, term 2023-2028, was introduced to the Congress.
