Conference of civil servants, public employees and workers of the Department of Finance

On January 4, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Director of the Department of Finance jointly organized a Conference of civil servants, public employees, and workers to review the Resolution set out in 2024, develop and discuss measures to implement the plan for 2025. Attending and chairing the Conference were comrade Le Tuan Anh - Party Secretary, Director of the Department and comrade Pham Quy Duong, Deputy Director of the Department, Chairman of the Trade Union, comrades of the Department's leaders and all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the agencies and affiliated units.

The conference adopted reports on the implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations related to the functions and tasks of the agency and unit, as well as the work plan for 2024 and tasks for 2025; a report summarizing the trade union's activities in 2024 and its direction and tasks for 2025; a report summarizing the activities of the People's Inspection Committee and its work program for 2025; and approved regulations on the public disclosure of trade union and agency finances.

At the conference, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the institution actively discussed and frankly contributed opinions and proposed solutions for organizing and implementing financial and budgetary tasks; offered opinions on amending internal spending regulations and regulations on the management and use of public assets; continued efforts to improve the lives of civil servants, public employees, and workers; and participation in cultural and sports activities to enhance the health of officials, civil servants, public employees, and workers, contributing to the successful achievement of the 2025 tasks.

At the Conference, the Director of the Department launched the emulation campaign and signed the Emulation Agreement for 2025 between the Director of the Department and the Chairman of the Department's Trade Union. The Conference also voted to approve the targets and tasks for 2025. In his closing remarks, Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Director of the Department, requested all civil servants, employees, and workers of the Department, based on the Resolution of the Conference, to effectively implement the set targets, contributing to the excellent completion of the financial and budgetary tasks in 2025.
