Conference of civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department of Finance

On January 4, 2025, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Director of the Department of Finance jointly organized a Conference of civil servants, public employees, and workers to review the Resolution set forth in 2024, develop and discuss measures to implement the plan for 2025. Attending and chairing the Conference were comrade Le Tuan Anh - Party Secretary, Director of the Department and comrade Pham Quy Duong, Deputy Director of the Department, Chairman of the Trade Union, comrades of the Department's leaders and all cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the affiliated agencies and units.

The conference approved the report on the results of implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws related to the functions and tasks of agencies and units and the work plan for 2024 and tasks for 2025; the report summarizing trade union activities in 2024, directions and tasks for 2025; the report summarizing the activities of the People's Inspectorate and the work program for 2025 and approved the Regulations, public declaration of revenue and expenditure of trade union and agency finances....

At the conference: Civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department actively discussed, frankly contributed opinions and proposed solutions to the organization of the implementation of financial and budgetary tasks, opinions on amending internal spending regulations, regulations on management and use of public assets, continuing to care for the lives of civil servants, public employees and employees and participating in cultural and sports movements to improve the health of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks in 2025.

At the Conference, the Director of the Department launched the emulation and signed the 2025 Emulation Covenant between the Director of the Department and the Chairman of the Trade Union of the Department of Finance and the Conference voted to approve the targets and tasks for 2025. In his closing speech at the Conference, Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Director of the Department, requested all civil servants, public employees and employees of the Department to, based on the Resolution of the Conference, organize the implementation of the set targets well, contributing to the excellent completion of the financial and budgetary tasks in 2025.
