At the conference, enterprises recommended and proposed to remove difficulties and obstacles in legality and administrative procedures regarding mineral exploitation, obstacles related to the approval of settlement of compensation and site clearance costs to be deducted from the project's land rent; determining the value of items to be added to the settlement value of urban projects, granting certificates of land use rights, site clearance, sources of materials for leveling urban projects; detailed planning of maritime routes; appraisal of economic and technical reports adjusting the project; extension of business infrastructure lease, land lease procedures, land price coefficients to calculate compensation for land recovery, etc.

Comrade Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the conference.

Based on the recommendations and proposals of enterprises, representatives of sectors and localities responded and provided specific information on each content to remove difficulties for enterprises in the coming time.

Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the proposals, recommendations, reflections and sharing of enterprises on the difficulties and obstacles in the process of investment, production and business activities in the past time. He requested departments, branches and localities to take action more quickly and effectively in removing the obstacles that enterprises have proposed, creating changes in direction and administration, putting serving people and enterprises first; giving priority to promptly removing difficulties, obstacles and bottlenecks in investment, land, construction, environment and planning policies. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also assigned relevant departments, branches and localities to promptly have specific solutions to remove difficulties, obstacles and problems proposed and proposed by enterprises. It is necessary to further promote the spirit of proactively resolving difficulties and suggestions of enterprises early, at the grassroots level, with methods, connecting relevant focal units. Gather recommendations and resolve each specific topic in the spirit of creating the most favorable conditions for businesses. Localities need to dialogue, listen, grasp information, and share the difficulties of businesses, not letting problems persist. Create a close information bridge between businesses and state agencies; actively encourage businesses to participate in connecting associations, effectively resolving related issues of businesses. Businesses need to cooperate with departments and branches, provide complete documents to resolve procedures on land, mineral exploitation and related issues to promptly resolve difficulties.
