The conference was attended by representatives of provincial departments and branches and provincial legal reporters according to Decision No. 1086/QD-UBND dated May 9, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman. The conference was held in person and online at the bridge points of communes and wards across the province.
At the conference, delegates were informed of the contents of the new Laws and Resolutions passed by the 15th National Assembly, which have a wide scope of regulation and directly impact social life, including: Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of 11 Laws on Military and National Defense; Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations; Resolution No. 206/2025/QH15 dated June 24, 2025 of the National Assembly on special mechanisms to handle difficulties and obstacles due to legal provisions. At the same time, exchanges and discussions pointed out difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the law at the grassroots level.
Through the conference, the aim is to help the legal staff in the whole province grasp the content, spirit and new points of the legal documents, thereby effectively implementing the propaganda and dissemination of the law to cadres, party members and people at the grassroots level.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Dang Ngoc Hau suggested that in order to continue to effectively implement the legal documents that have been disseminated and thoroughly understood, the provincial-level legal reporters and commune-level legal propagandists should: Continue to research, strengthen propaganda, dissemination of legal education for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, soldiers of the armed forces and the People to organize the implementation of new legal documents to ensure effectiveness; promptly bring the law into life, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of state management, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. Innovate forms and methods of propaganda and dissemination of legal documents; strengthen the application of information technology in propaganda, dissemination and legal education; creatively and flexibly apply skills and expertise in dissemination and legal education to improve the quality and effectiveness of legal dissemination and education. Closely follow the key political tasks of the industry and locality to direct and organize the implementation of propaganda, dissemination and legal education with focus and key points.
The comrade assigned the Department of Justice to absorb the opinions discussed at the conference, continue to research and advise the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Council for Coordinating Legal Education on solutions to further improve the effectiveness of legal education dissemination work in the province.
