Accordingly, Da Nang City Post Office will arrange personnel to participate in receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures on land at the Public Administration Service Centers of wards and communes.

The City Land Registration Office is responsible for coordinating, guiding and providing professional support so that the transfer is carried out smoothly, ensuring that there is no interruption in the process of receiving and processing dossiers of people and businesses.

The implementation of this policy helps shorten the distance to access public services, especially land procedures. This not only saves time, travel and waiting costs but also increases people's satisfaction with the government.

Post Office staff will participate in receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures on land at the Public Administration Service Centers of wards and communes.

The fact that the People's Committee of Da Nang City agreed to the policy of allowing the Post Office to participate more deeply in the process of receiving administrative procedures in the land sector continues to affirm the capacity and prestige of Vietnam Post in the field of public administration. This is an important step for Da Nang Post Office to expand its service model at the grassroots level, making practical contributions to the goal of modernizing the administrative system, building a serving government and promoting comprehensive digital transformation in the city.

Mr. Tran Viet Hung, Director of Da Nang City Post Office, shared that this policy opens up an important opportunity for the City Post Office to continue promoting its role as the "extended arm" of the government in providing public administrative services, contributing to reducing pressure on State agencies. With a wide network and many years of experience in implementing public administrative services, the Post Office is ready to undertake the task of receiving documents and returning results of administrative procedures in a professional, transparent and procedural manner.

Da Nang City Post Office currently has a widespread network of 343 service points covering 94 communes and wards, ensuring the ability to receive and return administrative procedure results quickly and synchronously. In 2025, the number of files received and returned by Da Nang City Post Office is estimated to reach 1,217,866 files; of which, 1,048,965 files are processed online.
