Diplomatic meetings such as welcoming Consuls General and Acting Consuls General from the United States, Korea, China and the Russian Federation... at HUFLIT are gradually expanding the international connection space right in the lecture hall, bringing opportunities for dialogue and academic exchange, helping students develop integration thinking, multicultural communication and behavioral skills, towards a global career journey.
Each meeting is a door into a "borderless" learning space.
Meetings with diplomatic representatives are both formal ceremonies and opportunities for the two sides to discuss the possibility of cooperation in training, research and academic connections. On that basis, HUFLIT has implemented an open academic dialogue forum model, where students can share their perspectives, express their opinions and listen to feedback from senior diplomats in an open and friendly space.
During the exchanges, the confidence, initiative and ability to express themselves clearly in English, Korean and Chinese of HUFLIT students left a positive impression on the diplomatic representatives. These factors partly reflect the effectiveness of the learning environment at HUFLIT, which emphasizes critical thinking, language skills, and the technological knowledge base provided by the school to keep up with the demands of the digital age.

In addition to diplomatic exchanges, HUFLIT also promotes many internationalization activities to expand practical experience opportunities for students. The school has implemented joint training programs with many prestigious partner universities in the world , organized annual international exchange semesters, built dual degree programs in a number of strong training majors, and provided scholarships to study abroad for students with outstanding achievements. At the same time, the international transfer program is also promoted, creating conditions for students to complete part of their study program abroad, thereby increasing their learning experience and practical integration capacity right from university level.
Acting Consul General of China, Mr. Xu Zhou, has accompanied HUFLIT many times in cultural and educational activities. Recently, he awarded 15 scholarships and participated in the final round of the "Watch movies - Learn languages" contest.
In parallel, HUFLIT students also participate in supporting international student groups from partner universities in Korea and Japan in their journey of learning and cultural experiences in Vietnam as "tour guides". These two-way exchange activities not only enrich the learning environment, but also help students from both sides expand their understanding, connect and mature in a multicultural academic space.
HUFLIT promotes interdisciplinary cooperation, expanding academic depth
Along with the fields of languages and international relations, HUFLIT is also aiming to expand connections in the fields of engineering and technology. The meeting with Mr. Timur Sirozhevich Sadykov - Consul General of the Russian Federation in Ho Chi Minh City, together with representatives of Bauman Moscow State Technical University (MGTU Bauman) and Rostec Corporation marked the beginning of in-depth exchanges in the field of highly applied training.

In particular, HUFLIT's official signing of a cooperation agreement with the Moscow State Institute of International Relations under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation (MGIMO University), known as the "Harvard of Russia", is a notable strategic milestone. MGIMO is a place that trains the world's leading diplomats, lawyers and international experts. This cooperation opens up opportunities for students to access scholarships, transfer programs and in-depth academic exchange activities, especially in the fields of international relations, language studies and international law.
Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu - Vice President of HUFLIT and Mr. Andrey Baykov - Vice President in charge of research, MGIMO University signed a memorandum of understanding, establishing a partnership to promote international academic links between the two schools.
HUFLIT also creates conditions for learners to access the global educational environment early through the Experience Scholarship - supporting 20% of the full course tuition for many training majors. This scholarship is considered a starting ticket, giving the opportunity to enter university and get closer to the integrated learning space, developing capacity in the multicultural environment of HUFLIT.
The series of activities welcoming Consuls General from Korea, Russia, China and the United States, along with cooperation agreements with prestigious universities around the world, are testament to the efforts to build a dynamic, open and integrated academic environment at HUFLIT. Along with that are practical scholarship and financial support policies, creating conditions for students to confidently enter university and access international learning opportunities early on. From that foundation, HUFLIT continues to affirm its role as a solid gateway, leading learners to become global citizens, proactive, brave and adaptable to all movements of the times.
