On the morning of October 4, at Tran Temple (Tien Duc Commune), Hung Ha District held an incense offering ceremony to commemorate the 723rd death anniversary of National Duke, General Tran Quoc Tuan. Attending the ceremony were comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of Hung Ha District and many officials, people, and descendants of the Tran family inside and outside the province.

Duke General Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan was the son of An Sinh Vuong Tran Lieu, the grandson of King Tran Thai Tong. He was intelligent, both literary and martial, and an outstanding general of the Vietnamese people. He was honored as one of the 10 most talented generals in the world . During the three resistance wars against the Mongol-Yuan invaders, he achieved many great feats. With a heart of loyalty to the country, Duke General Hung Dao Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tuan, together with the army and people of the Tran Dynasty, firmly protected national independence in the 13th century, bringing Dai Viet to the peak of prosperity in the feudal period.
