Towards National Day 29 Pride and responsibility of Ninh Binh's young generation

Continuing the revolutionary tradition,
firmly protect sovereignty and border security

Born and raised in a family with a revolutionary tradition in Yen Khanh district, I always feel overwhelmed with emotion whenever I see the image of a soldier in the People's Armed Forces. That's why when I turned 18, I volunteered to join the army and was assigned to work at Kim Son Border Guard Station, and have been there for 18 months now. Training in the military environment, I feel more clearly the heroic atmosphere and the important meaning of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

The victory of the August Revolution opened a great turning point of the revolution, bringing the Vietnamese people into a new era - the era of national independence associated with socialism; our people, from being slaves, became masters of the country, masters of their own destiny. Then, on September 2, 1945, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, a rally took place with the participation of more than 500,000 people representing all walks of life. In a joyful and excited atmosphere, President Ho Chi Minh , on behalf of the provisional government, read the Declaration of Independence.

Looking back at those historical milestones, it fuels my love and pride for my homeland and country, and further motivates me as a young soldier in the Border Guard force to strive to study, train, and devote my youth to contributing to firmly protecting the sovereignty and security of the maritime border.

During the past time, I have always tried my best to complete all tasks assigned by my superiors. That is, strictly performing the duty of duty, actively practicing combat techniques; participating in coordinating patrols and controlling the sea border area to prevent violations of the law; participating in mobilizing and calling on boats and aquaculture households to take shelter in safe places when there is a storm; participating in rescuing fishermen who have problems or accidents...

At the same time, as a member of the Youth Union, I actively participate in the activities of the Youth Union such as planting trees to block waves and cleaning the coastline of Con Noi area, supporting localities in implementing projects in new rural construction, propagating and mobilizing people's cooperation in ensuring security and order, protecting the environment... in the coastal border area.

The meaning of National Day
arouse the aspiration to build the homeland more and more prosperous

On September 2, 1945, at the historic Ba Dinh Square, President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence, giving birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. Although nearly 80 years have passed, but every August, Independence Day September 2, people in Vietnam like me still cannot help but feel nostalgic and moved to remember our roots, the value of peace , and the heroic history of our nation.

For me, National Day September 2nd is always the most meaningful day of the year. Because without President Ho's Declaration of Independence, without September 2nd, how could the young generation like us live and study in a developing country, living in prosperity and happiness.

I always remember and am grateful for the great sacrifices of many previous generations who have fallen, so that people like us can live in peace and enjoy the achievements of the country's development. Today's young generation needs to understand that peace and independence must be exchanged for the blood and bones of previous generations, and must be grateful to heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, and heroic Vietnamese mothers. Gratitude must be concretized by action. In particular, I think that the greatest responsibility of today's youth is to establish themselves, make a career, and contribute to the development of the economy of their homeland and country. To create a breakthrough in the Vietnamese economy, young people need to seize the opportunity to start a business, make a career, first of all to enrich themselves and their families; from there, they will have the conditions to contribute to the locality.

In recent times, our province has had many effective policies, creating motivation for young people to start a business and establish a career. This is a favorable opportunity for union members and young people to realize their ideas and economic development projects, and realize their dreams of getting rich. However, young people also need to be alert, calm, and carefully study the opportunities and challenges in the field they plan to start a business and establish a career. Instead of choosing the main market with large and successful businesses, you can look for industries with niche markets, which are difficult but have few competitors.

Study hard to become a teacher, to pass on knowledge to future generations.

On autumn days, all the streets of my hometown Kim My (Kim Son district) are always filled with flags and flowers to celebrate National Day, a day that just thinking about makes us young people excited, wanting to sing out loud the National Anthem with heroic melodies.

For me, although I only learned about my country's history through books and documentary films shown on television, I was always clearly aware of the profound and sacred value of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

September 2nd is always a day that every Vietnamese citizen feels proud of. September 2nd, 1945 marked the birth of Vietnam. I am always proud to be a Vietnamese citizen, born and raised when the country was at peace, and to study in a friendly educational environment.

As a student, I always remind myself to study hard and practice morality so that in the future I can follow in the footsteps of my fathers and brothers and continue to write glorious pages of history for my homeland and my country. My dream is to become a teacher to impart knowledge to future generations.

And that dream is gradually becoming a reality, because I have successfully completed the 2023 high school graduation exam, with a total of 6 subjects of 54.1 points. In the near future, I will study Mathematics Pedagogy (teaching Mathematics in English) at Hanoi National University of Education. I know there will be many difficulties and challenges.

However, I will always be steadfast with my ideals, continue to promote the spirit of self-study and self-training in the university environment to achieve the best results after graduation.
