Opening of training course for potential cadres of the Party Executive Committee and leadership positions of Vinh Loc district

On the morning of August 21, at the Vinh Loc District Political Center, Vinh Loc District Party Committee coordinated with Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School to organize the opening ceremony of a training course for cadres to be selected as candidates for the Party Executive Committee and key leadership positions of Vinh Loc district for the 2025-2030 term.

Attending the opening ceremony were Dr. Luong Trong Thanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Principal of Thanh Hoa Provincial Political School; leaders of Vinh Loc district and 44 students who are leaders of local units in the district.

The training course was held from August 21 to September 5, 2024. During this time, the trainees were taught 16 topics by the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and lecturers of the Provincial Political School, such as: Developing the thinking and vision of leaders and managers at the district level in Thanh Hoa province today; Innovating the Party's leadership and governing methods to ensure Party building and a streamlined, effective and efficient political system. Requirements for grassroots Party committees and district-level Party committees today; Building a socialist rule-of-law state that is honest, constructive, effective and efficient, serving the people; Ho Chi Minh's thought and our Party's thoughts on preventing and combating ideological and political degradation, lifestyle ethics and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; Building and promoting Vietnamese cultural values ​​and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development and issues facing Thanh Hoa; Developing the local private economy - Current issues; Analyzing the district competitiveness index (DDCI) and improving the business investment environment - Issues of concern for localities...

In addition to the above topics, students will be organized to go on field trips and learn from experiences to learn and grasp the socio-economic development situation, national security and defense, issues of rural agricultural development, and new rural construction. At the end of the training course, students will participate in writing a report to evaluate their learning outcomes.

The training course aims to equip, update, and improve theoretical knowledge, build vision, strategic thinking, and train and improve ethics, style, public service responsibility, and basic skills of leaders and managers in the district.
