With the theme "Unlocking the power of artificial intelligence and big data - The key to sustainable development", the conference attracted more than 300 technology experts and businesses to attend.
According to experts, artificial intelligence (AI) is becoming a strategy in the global digital transformation process.
In Vietnam, many technology companies have developed multi-industry AI solutions, but practical applications are only at the scale of traditional enterprises, small and medium enterprises still have many limitations, such as: lack of implementation roadmap, lack of market data...
Mr. Phi Anh Tuan, Director of PAT Consulting, Head of DXCenter's digital transformation consulting team, said: "Effective application of AI in businesses must start with data, and the quality of specialized data needs to be standardized, built and enriched over time."

In addition, the issue of information security in the face of the AI explosion is also of concern to many experts and businesses.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Lam, Cyber Security Center at QTSC, said that AI models are increasingly dependent on big data, including a lot of sensitive data, so it is necessary to raise awareness about data protection, system security and responsible behavior with technology.
According to Mr. Phan Phuong Tung, Director of DXCenter, 2025 is a pivotal year to implement a series of key policies on technology, data and high-tech investment.
This requires a multi-dimensional approach, from building a data platform, developing core technology, developing modern technology infrastructure to serve research, innovation, etc.

At the conference, ITPC signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with partners, including business training programs to improve management capacity, operation and implementation of green, sustainable and digital production and business activities.

According to Ms. Ho Thi Quyen, Deputy Director of ITPC, to fully exploit the potential of AI and Big Data, there needs to be companionship, sharing, and cooperation from schools, institutes, businesses, and large technology corporations at home and abroad.
“This conference is expected to be a connecting space between policy makers, technology developers and businesses, especially manufacturing enterprises that need digital transformation and green transformation but still have many obstacles in accessing AI,” Ms. Quyen added.
