Within the framework of the forum, the Seminar "Promoting digital transformation of the industry and trade sector" was held to create a space for direct exchange between management agencies, experts and the business community on solutions to promote digital government, digital economy and smart production models in the new period.

At the seminar, delegates analyzed the increasing demands on businesses when green standards become an inevitable trend, supply chains require a higher level of transparency and online fraud risks tend to increase in the context of widespread use of AI.

Through the discussion, the speakers agreed that digital transformation can only bring about real effectiveness when it is implemented synchronously from the central to local levels, with close coordination between businesses and management agencies, as well as between technology platforms and practical production and business activities.

In addition, within the framework of the forum, there were also thematic discussion sessions on the topics of dual transformation in industrial and energy production and e-commerce in the digital age.

Experts and speakers discussed solutions to promote digital transformation and green transformation in the industry-energy sector, innovate smart manufacturing, and promote modernization of electricity infrastructure and supply chains.

Along with that, new points in activities to promote e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce, green logistics solutions, promoting digital transformation in the trade sector and digital transformation solutions for enterprises and e-commerce business households in the coming time were also discussed at the program.

The Industry and Trade Digital Transformation Forum 2025 did not stop at evaluating results, but opened up a broader discussion on the industry's strategic orientation in the dual transformation period.

From energy, manufacturing, e-commerce to logistics and market management, every sector is facing a strong need for innovation, where data, technology and green standards become the driving focus.

With that spirit, this year's forum is expected to create strong momentum for the digital transformation - green transformation journey of the industry and trade sector, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management, promoting competitiveness and moving towards the goal of sustainable development in the coming years.
