This two-way trade model aims to consume products from ethnic minority and mountainous regions and supply essential goods to the local area. This activity is part of the National Target Program for socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous regions, chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade ; the Department of Industry and Trade, in coordination with relevant agencies and the Nhan Nghia commune, provides support and assistance to local businesses in implementing the model.

The project aims to build a two-way trade model to support the consumption of OCOP-certified products from ethnic minority and mountainous areas in communes formerly belonging to Lac Son district, featuring characteristic products such as honey, Trung Khe sticky rice, medicinal turmeric starch, etc. Simultaneously, it will supply essential local goods such as groceries and agricultural supplies for production and consumption.
The model selected and implemented by the Department of Industry and Trade at Bui Thi Yen's business in Nhan Nghia commune has met the requirements of the model. It is not only a point of supply for essential goods and services to meet the needs of ethnic minority people with good quality and reasonable prices, but also a point of display and introduction of OCOP-certified products.
