At the program, doctors examined, measured blood pressure and screened for internal and surgical diseases; advised on health care and protection measures and distributed some free medicines to 100 elderly people.
Through screening, people at risk of disease are guided by doctors to medical facilities for timely examination and treatment. The total cost of implementing the program is more than 30 million VND.
This is a program with profound humanitarian meaning, contributing to spreading widely and strongly the kindness, multiplying many beautiful actions in the work of taking care of the health of the elderly in Son La city.
