On the morning of November 18th, Miss International 2024 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy arrived back in Vietnam from Japan after winning the title. She shared: “The day I’ve been waiting for has arrived, the day I return to my homeland, Vietnam, and to my loved ones. This victory doesn’t belong to me alone. It’s a victory for the beauty, spirit, and kindness of the Vietnamese people.” |

Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy arrived at Tan Son Nhat Airport at 10:00 AM on November 18th, then boarded a double-decker bus to parade through major streets in Ho Chi Minh City. Many fans were present at the airport and followed the parade bus to cheer on Thanh Thuy. |

Miss International 2024 visited many famous landmarks in Ho Chi Minh City such as the Independence Palace, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, Nguyen Hue Street, etc. On her return, Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy chose a light makeup style with pink tones. She wore an ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) showcasing her elegance. Thanh Thuy could not hide her emotions upon returning home. |

The audience waved and expressed their affection for Miss Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy. On November 18-19, she had a meeting with Tien Phong newspaper to share her experience participating in the competition as well as her plans for her year as reigning queen. |
