Comrade Pham Thanh Thang, Vice Chairman in charge of the Cao Bang Provincial Association of Literature and Arts, shared that the festival is a celebration for photographers in the northern mountainous region; it is an opportunity for photographers to meet, exchange, and share experiences in creating works; and at the same time, authors bring their best works to participate in the competition.
This contributes to promoting the photography movement in the region; encouraging and motivating artists to continue creating outstanding works about the beauty of the country and its people in various localities.
Notably, the 24th photo festival saw the emergence of new, promising photographers, who represent a reliable force to inherit and contribute to the core ranks of photography movements in the region and nationwide.
