Urgently update information on Fire Prevention and Fighting Database

On the afternoon of November 7, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police held a conference to guide the declaration and update of information into the declaration software of the Fire Prevention and Fighting Database System (PCCC).

Representatives of 92 communes and wards and over 200 specialized officials attended the Conference.

At the Conference, Lieutenant Colonel Dao Duong Quang, Deputy Head of Department 3, Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department - Ministry of Public Security , directly deployed and guided how to update information into the declaration software of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Database System; at the same time, answered questions and difficulties in the implementation process, helping the commune-level police force master the skills and proficiently use the software.

Thai Nguyen currently has about 19,000 establishments under fire prevention and fighting management, of which more than 17,000 establishments (89%) are under the responsibility of the People's Committees at the commune level. As of November 6, the whole province only had 5,947 establishments that completed declaration, reaching about 31%.

Speaking at the Conference, Colonel Nguyen Xuan Hung, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, emphasized: To complete 100% of the declaration within the next month according to the roadmap of the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, units need to focus on implementing the 6 clear principles: Clear people, clear work, clear time, clear responsibility, clear products, clear results. Police forces at all levels promote the pioneering and shock role, strengthen coordination with departments, branches and organizations to implement on schedule.
