Binh Phuoc Ward launched the model "Zalo connects peace" in 37 neighborhoods

On the morning of December 4, the People's Committee of Binh Phuoc Ward launched the model "Zalo connecting peace" in the ward and converted Zalo groups in 37 neighborhoods so that people can access information and legal knowledge related to security, order and administrative procedures.

Established since 2020, Zalo neighborhood groups in Binh Phuoc ward have from 500 to nearly 1,000 members participating.

Not only innovating propaganda work in the new situation, Zalo groups in residential areas are also extremely useful information channels connecting people with authorities at all levels, to reach consensus and join hands in handling and solving problems arising in residential areas.

Accordingly, 37 effective neighborhood Zalo groups were converted to the "Zalo connecting peace" model with the participation of the ward police and grassroots security and order. From there, Zalo groups conveyed information from the ward police to the people; guided and mobilized people to proactively prevent, actively participate, detect, denounce, and fight against all types of crimes, eliminate disasters, social evils... contributing to maintaining security and order in residential areas.

This morning, December 4, the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Rieng commune organized a training conference on protecting state secrets for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, armed forces, and school principals in the commune.

At the conference, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Huy, Deputy Head of the Internal Political Security Department, Provincial Police presented the following topics: Basic contents of the Law on Protection of State Secrets and documents guiding its implementation; risks that may lead to the disclosure or loss of state secrets; experiences and issues that need attention in the implementation of state secret protection. Especially the contents related to the scope and classification of state secrets; state secret protection activities; responsibilities of agencies, organizations and individuals for the protection of state secrets...

The training session aims to help cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers deeply understand the meaning and importance of protecting state secrets; raise vigilance against plots and tricks of hostile forces and all types of criminals taking advantage of violating state secrets.

On the morning of December 4, the People's Committee of Trang Dai Ward, Dong Nai Province held a rally to respond to 35 years of Vietnam's response to HIV/AIDS, the National Action Month for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control in 2025 and World AIDS Day December 1.

As of October 31, 2025, Trang Dai ward recorded 11 new infections; the cumulative number of HIV-infected people managed by the locality by place of residence was 275 cases, of which 245 people were still alive and 30 cases had died. These figures show the need for stronger engagement from the entire political system and the community. The ward People's Committee leaders called on all levels, sectors and people to continue to actively participate in communication activities; expand HIV counseling and testing; support and create conditions for people infected with HIV to receive full and continuous ARV treatment; at the same time, not stigmatize or discriminate against people infected with HIV, contributing to the goal of ending the AIDS epidemic by 2030 according to the National Strategy.

After the launching ceremony, the organizations participated in the parade and mobile propaganda on the main streets of the ward; distributed leaflets and hung banners to strongly spread the message "Solidarity - Join hands - End the AIDS epidemic".
