Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi City Agencies' Youth Union Trinh Anh Tu said: to implement the campaign "Summer Youth Volunteers 2024", the Standing Committee of the Hanoi City Agencies' Youth Union has deployed many activities, such as: Accompanying young people, the movement "Good advice - Good service", the movement "3 responsibilities", taking care of children, training for young people, voluntary blood donation...
In particular, meaningful works and tasks stand out, such as: Visiting and giving gifts to families with meritorious services, supporting the construction of gratitude houses, supporting citizens in handling administrative procedures at the one-stop department... These meaningful activities have attracted the response and participation of a large number of youth union members of the Youth Union of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc.
The Youth Unions have proactively developed specific work plans, suitable to the situation of the agencies and units; at the same time, effectively advised the Party Committee and the government in implementation; regularly contacted the Youth Union of the Block to ask for guidance. The coordination between the Youth Unions of the affiliated Youth Unions is regular, thereby improving the effectiveness of organizing programs and activities at the Block and cluster levels. The activities have contributed to educating the younger generation to better understand the traditional morality of "When drinking water, remember its source", "Repaying gratitude" of the nation and the value of independence and freedom.
At the conference, the leaders of the Party Committee of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc awarded Certificates of Merit from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc and Certificates of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the 2024 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign.
On the same day, in order to improve the skills and expertise of the Youth Union and youth movement for the Youth Union officials of the Bloc, the Standing Committee of the Youth Union organized a "Training course on Youth Union and youth movement skills in 2024" with the theme "Responsibilities of the Youth Union organization and youth union members of the Hanoi City Agencies Bloc in protecting network security".
