Traffic police and members of the Lo Xo Pass SOS Team who directly went to the landslide site to provide relief and food supplies were rewarded.

The People's Committee of Dak Plo commune, Quang Ngai province, organized a ceremony to commend 17 collectives and 56 individuals with outstanding achievements in performing the task of "natural disaster prevention - search and rescue" during the floods in October 2025.

Among them, two groups, Ngoc Hoi Traffic Police Station and Lo Xo Pass SOS Team, along with 8 individuals were commended for their achievements in rescuing and supplying drivers stranded on Lo Xo Pass, ensuring the safety of people's lives. In that situation, the above groups and individuals actively coordinated with local authorities to overcome the consequences of floods, contributing to ensuring the safety of people in the area.

The Lo Xo Pass landslide alone left about 65 vehicles with nearly 100 drivers isolated for many days. Leaders of the Traffic Police Department, Ngoc Hoi Traffic Police Station and Lo Xo Pass SOS Team went directly to the landslide site to provide relief and food supplies, and even had the initiative to use aircraft to transport goods, bringing high efficiency. Thanks to that, all drivers were safe.
