Located within the coastal economic zone of Hung Yen province, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park (Green iP-1) is positioned as a new-generation industrial park, guided by green, smart, and sustainable principles for development. With a total area of 588 hectares and systematically invested in by Green i-Park Joint Stock Company, this industrial park has quickly risen to become a "growth engine" of the province.

Shortly after becoming operational, Green iP-1 attracted 31 secondary projects with a total investment of nearly $1.6 billion – an impressive figure reflecting the region's exceptional appeal amidst increasingly fierce competition for foreign investment. Of these, investors from China accounted for 60%, with over $900 million in registered investment capital.

More than just a place to accommodate industrial projects, Green i-Park is creating a comprehensive industrial ecosystem where businesses can confidently develop long-term thanks to open investment policies, a friendly living environment, and close support from the local government.

Amidst the reshaping of global supply chains, Vietnam is emerging as a preferred choice for Chinese businesses to expand production. Green iP-1, with its advantageous location, infrastructure, and preferential policies, became a destination for a recent site visit by a delegation of Chinese businesses, led by the Development Research Center of the State Council of China and the China-Africa Chamber of Commerce.

During the meeting, businesses expressed strong impressions of Green i-Park's development scale, organization, and strategic direction, particularly its model of an eco-industrial park integrated with urban areas and services. Many questions were raised regarding tax exemptions and reductions, land handover schedules, investment costs, human resources, and production support infrastructure – demonstrating the specific and serious interest of investors.

Representatives from Green i-Park and the Thai Binh Economic Zone Management Board directly provided detailed answers and introduced a comprehensive development model combining industrial zones, residential areas, social amenities, and a safe and friendly living environment. This model not only addresses the long-term workforce issue but also contributes to connecting businesses with the local community, creating a foundation for stable development.

Accompanying the survey trip, Truong Thanh Vietnam Group, Green i-Park's strategic partner, also introduced its capabilities and key areas of operation, especially renewable energy and urban real estate, sectors that can strongly support foreign investment businesses, including Chinese investors, when establishing factories and production operations in Vietnam.

The Chinese business delegation also conducted site visits to land plots ready for handover, surveyed ongoing projects, and highly appreciated the infrastructure connectivity, planning quality, implementation speed, and the friendly and open investment environment here.

Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company, affirmed that the company is not only building an industrial park, but is creating a sustainable development ecosystem where businesses can thrive in a transparent, favorable, and promising investment environment. With practical experience and the support of the Hung Yen provincial government, Green i-Park is committed to always being a reliable partner for investors.

With positive moves from investors and proactive efforts from infrastructure developers, Green iP-1 is ready to welcome a new wave of investment, not only from China, but also from other industrialized countries in the region.
