Timely rescue of 4 students trapped in elevator

On the evening of May 25th, a group of four students trapped in an elevator of a building in Dien Bien ward, Thanh Hoa city, were promptly rescued by the Fire and Rescue Police force.

Four students trapped in an elevator were rescued in time.

According to reports, at house number 10, Phan Chu Trinh Street, Dien Bien Ward, Thanh Hoa City, a group of four students were using the elevator to travel from the 4th floor downwards when an incident occurred. All four students were trapped inside the elevator and panicked, shouting for help. Residents tried to open the elevator doors but were unsuccessful, so they notified the authorities.

At approximately 8:15 PM on the same day, upon receiving information about the incident, the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of Thanh Hoa province deployed forces and equipment, including a rescue vehicle, along with 8 officers and soldiers, to the scene to carry out rescue operations.

Four students trapped in an elevator were rescued in time.

At the scene, the Fire and Rescue Police force, in coordination with the Dien Bien Ward Police and other forces, identified the location of the trapped elevator and reassured the victims, encouraging them to remain calm and confident while the authorities organized the rescue operation.

Within minutes of implementing their operational measures, the police officers rescued four victims, bringing them out in stable condition.

Reportedly, the rescued students all reside in Thanh Hoa City. The incident occurred at an English language center.
