(QNO) - On September 26, the Provincial People's Council (10th term) held its 26th session, chaired by the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Duc Dung, along with Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh and Nguyen Cong Thanh.
