On the afternoon of June 6th, Le Xuan Thu, Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council of Hoang Hoa District, along with a delegation, visited, encouraged, and presented gifts to officials, engineers, and workers currently working on the 500kV power line project (circuit 3) section passing through the district.

The delegation visited the site to offer encouragement and gifts to the officials, engineers, and workers constructing the 500kV circuit 3 power line in Hoang Xuan commune. The contractor, Phuong Hanh Co., Ltd., is currently mobilizing over 200 officials, engineers, and workers, working even on holidays. To date, the company has completed the construction of 3/4 of the power poles, striving to complete the pole erection before June 10th and is urgently deploying the power lines, aiming to complete the work before June 20th.

In coordination with the contractor and project management board, Hoang Hoa district completed land clearance work ahead of schedule and actively supported and facilitated the construction process.

Speaking with officials, engineers, and workers directly involved in the construction project, Hoang Hoa District Party Secretary Le Xuan Thu encouraged all forces to continue their efforts to complete the project on schedule and ensure the quality of the construction. He urged the contractor to pay attention to ensuring absolute safety during the construction process, especially under conditions of high construction intensity, overtime work, and unpredictable weather.

The comrade requested the Hoang Xuan commune government to mobilize available resources, provide maximum support, and create all conditions for investors, contractors, and construction units to best organize logistics, accommodation, living arrangements, transportation, and ensure convenience, safety, and health protection for officials, engineers, workers, and laborers. He also called for strengthening measures to ensure security, order, and social safety in project areas, creating favorable conditions for construction units to complete the project on schedule.

In addition, the commune's Youth Union needs to closely coordinate with investors and construction units to mobilize its members and young people, promoting the spirit of initiative and volunteerism – "wherever youth are needed, youth will be there; wherever there are difficulties, youth will overcome them" – to organize public works, participate in construction projects, create a new momentum, and enthusiastically promote labor and production, accelerating progress and completing the 500kV circuit 3 power line project through the area as soon as possible.
