To assess the situation and provide timely guidance, on the evening of September 26th, comrades Trinh Van Nha - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee; Le Dinh Thanh - Vice Chairman of the District People's Committee; and Dau Hong Tham - Commander of the District Military Command, personally inspected several flooded areas.

In Thanh Lien commune, the Lien Khai hamlet was flooded due to a blockage in the drainage system along National Highway 46. The Chairman of the District People's Committee instructed the Commune People's Committee to mobilize machinery to clear the blockage, provide assistance, and relocate affected households to safe areas.
Next, the delegation visited Chuyen hamlet, Hanh Lam commune, where the flooded bridge was submerged. The Chairman of the District People's Committee instructed the Hanh Lam Commune People's Committee to put up warning signs, assign personnel to be on duty 24/7, and prohibit people from crossing while the water was high and flowing rapidly.

In Thanh My and Thanh Huong communes, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Chuong district requested the local flood and storm prevention and control committees to proactively implement the "four on-the-spot" measures and minimize damage caused by floods and heavy rains.

Given the complex weather situation, with forecasts predicting heavy rain until September 27th, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Trinh Van Nha district has requested that local authorities monitor weather developments and promptly inform residents. He also instructed the deployment of rapid response teams to inspect and assess residential areas near rivers, streams, and low-lying areas to implement timely relocation measures, ensuring the safety of people's lives and property.
Organize forces to be ready to control traffic, put up warning signs, and guide traffic, especially in areas where bridges and culverts are flooded and where the water is flowing rapidly. Educate and urge people to absolutely refrain from fishing in rivers and streams during rain and high water levels to avoid unfortunate incidents.
