Tay Tuu ward leaders dialogue with local people

HNP - On November 3, Tay Tuu ward organized a dialogue conference between the Party Secretary - Chairman of the People's Council, Chairman of the Ward People's Committee with the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations and people in the area in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of Tay Tuu Ward People's Council Nguyen Huu Tuyen emphasized that after 4 months of implementing the two-level local government model, Tay Tuu Ward has clearly affirmed the comprehensive and direct leadership role of the Party Committee in all areas of work. The dialogue conference is very important, an opportunity for the Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of the ward to listen to the opinions and suggestions of the Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations, and the People on people's livelihood issues, through which the Party Committee and the Government can focus on directing solutions to meet the aspirations of the People, as well as the opinions and suggestions of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

The dialogue conference took place in an open and frank atmosphere in the spirit of giving constructive comments to the Party and the ward government in directing, operating and resolving the difficulties and recommendations of the people. Through the dialogue, the legitimate opinions and recommendations of the people in the ward were promptly grasped, directed, implemented and promptly resolved, contributing to limiting the occurrence of mass complaints and lawsuits, avoiding hot spots, maintaining political security and social order and safety. The results of the dialogue also contributed to promoting the role of social supervision and criticism, and giving constructive comments to the Party and government of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

At the dialogue conference, the opinions expressed were constructive and unanimous in giving opinions and proposing solutions to help the Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee of the ward lead and direct the better implementation of political tasks and socio -economic development in the area in the coming time. The questions and recommendations of the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations of the ward and the People for the Party Committee Secretary - Chairman of the People's Council of the ward, Chairman of the People's Committee of the ward at the conference focused on 4 groups of issues on public investment, site clearance and project implementation; granting of land use right certificates; urban infrastructure management; culture - society.

To direct the resolution of the delegates' opinions and recommendations at the dialogue conference, Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tay Tuu Ward Nguyen Huu Tuyen requested the Ward People's Committee to direct the ward's agencies, departments and branches to receive, review and advise on solutions according to their authority. For opinions and recommendations related to policies under the authority of the Central Government and the City, the Ward People's Committee synthesizes and proposes to the City for consideration and resolution.

The Party Secretary and Chairman of the People's Council of Tay Tu Ward assigned the People's Committee of the Ward to direct departments, branches and sectors to focus on implementing well the policies to support and ensure social security for officials and people; pay attention to promoting reform of administrative procedures, especially procedures related to land, re-issuance of land use right certificates, construction, etc.

Along with the effective implementation of the Medium-Term Public Investment Plan for the period 2025-2030 and the following years. In which, focusing on investing in schools at all levels, planned roads, and renovating historical and cultural relics, units strengthen land management, registration of changes, issuance of certificates and site clearance. On the other hand, units focus on reviewing and resolving projects that have been pending for many years; propagating to people to understand the regulations on site clearance to create consensus.

In addition to performing well the work of urban planning management, construction order management, urban civilization, environmental sanitation, infrastructure connection, drainage system serving the people in the area, the research units proposed that the City adjust the planning to arrange investment in building more schools for students, meeting the people's aspirations.
