The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee consulted the People on the proposal to award the "Third Class Independence Medal" to the Vietnam Association of the Elderly .
Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Emulation and Commendation.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee consulted the people on the proposal to award the "Third Class Independence Medal" to the Vietnam Association of the Elderly.
