The ceremony to worship the Lady includes many rituals, which are performed fully and solemnly to show the residents' respect for her protection; at the same time, pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather and favorable weather.

Legend has it that in 1878, the fishermen of the old Ward 4 discovered an ebony statue of the Goddess drifting ashore while they were fishing. They invited the statue to build a temple to worship her. Initially, the temple was built at the river intersection; later, due to landslides, the temple was moved to its current location.

From the simple bamboo temple in the beginning, after 5 generations of preservation and restoration, up to now, An Khuong Van temple has been expanded and spacious with an area of ​​about 3,000 m². This is also one of the few temples that still preserves the traces of Ha Ba worship in Dong Thap province.

The ceremony is an opportunity for people to express their gratitude to the Mother Goddess of the Water Palace for protecting those who work on the water, helping them travel, fish and earn a living safely and smoothly. Over time, the ceremony has become a unique cultural and religious space for local people.
