Le Ngoc Lam has designed many dresses for Le Hoang Phuong to wear at important events.
Inspired by the coastal region of Khanh Hoa - the hometown of beauty queen Le Hoang Phuong, Le Ngoc Lam designed the outfits she wore at Miss Grand Vietnam and Miss Grand International 2023.
The design is inspired by waves and sand.
Recently, at the Miss Grand Vietnam 2024 final held in Binh Thuan , Le Hoang Phuong wore a design called Rhythm of the Sand, designed by Le Ngoc Lam.
In this dress, she confidently took her final steps as Miss, before handing over the crown to Vo Le Que Anh from Quang Nam .
Designer Le Ngoc Lam said the dress was inspired by the coastal region of Khanh Hoa. Specifically, the design mimics the beauty of the interplay between day and night in this seaside area.
He designed the garment using translucent materials combined with draping techniques, depicting crashing waves and sparkling seawater.
The highlight of this design is the thousands of sparkling crystals, Swarovski stones, sequins, and other embellishments meticulously attached.

This design by Le Ngoc Lam was inspired by the image of a swan - a symbol of beauty and fidelity.
To create this dress, the designer and her team of seven spent 300 hours.
The most labor-intensive step is attaching the tiny beads all over the surface of the dress, ensuring they are aligned or shaped as desired.

Miss Le Hoang Phuong was born in 1995 in Khanh Hoa province and graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.
She is 1.76m tall and has measurements of 86-61-94 (cm). She won the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 crown. At the Miss Grand International 2023 competition, she won the 4th runner-up title.
