Ceremony to award the decision to officially recognize Party members of the Rural Development Party Cell

Attending the ceremony were comrade Vu Tien Dinh, member of the Party Standing Committee, Deputy Director of the Department; comrade Ho Trung Kien, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Rural Development Department and all party members in the Party Cell.

Based on Article 5, Chapter I of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam , with the approval of the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, on behalf of the Party Branch Committee, Comrade Ho Trung Kien, Secretary of the Party Branch and Head of the Rural Development Sub-Department, announced and presented the Decision recognizing Comrade Nguyen Khanh Hoa as a full Party member (Decision No. 28-QD/DU dated September 18, 2025 of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee).

Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Ho Trung Kien, Secretary of the Rural Development Party Branch, remarked that after 12 months of probation, Comrade Nguyen Khanh Hoa, with the support of the Party Branch, had strived and trained diligently. The new Party member demonstrated maturity in political theory, professional skills, and good adherence to the Party's guidelines and policies and the laws of the State, thus deserving to officially join the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

  Secretary of the Rural Development Party Branch, Ho Trung Kien, congratulated the new Party member on officially joining the Party ranks; at the same time, he emphasized that Party members need to continue cultivating revolutionary ethics, improving professional capacity and political qualities to successfully complete assigned tasks and effectively fulfill the role of a Party member in the organization.

Comrade Nguyen Khanh Hoa, a Party member who received the decision, pledged to continue striving and fulfilling the assigned political and professional tasks well, vowing to remain loyal to the revolutionary ideals and goals of the Party, and always worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

This is a significant event in the Party building and development work of the Rural Development Party Branch, adding young, capable, qualified, and enthusiastic Party members to the Branch, thereby strengthening the Branch's fighting capacity and contributing to building a stronger and more robust Party Branch.
