Ceremony to award the decision to officially recognize Party members of the Rural Development Party Cell

Pursuant to Article 5, Chapter I of the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam , with the consent of the Party Committee of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, on behalf of the Party Cell, Comrade Ho Trung Kien, Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Department of Rural Development, announced and presented the Decision to officially recognize Party membership to Comrade Nguyen Khanh Hoa (Decision No. 28-QD/DU dated September 18, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee).

Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Ho Trung Kien, Secretary of the Rural Development Party Cell, commented that after 12 months of probation, comrade Nguyen Khanh Hoa has strived and trained with the help of the Party Cell. The new party member has affirmed his maturity in political theory, professional expertise, good compliance with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, and is worthy of officially joining the ranks of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

Secretary of the Rural Development Party Cell Ho Trung Kien congratulated the new party member on officially joining the Party; at the same time, he urged party members to continue to practice revolutionary ethics, improve professional capacity and political qualities to successfully complete assigned tasks and promote the role of a party member in the organization.

Comrade Nguyen Khanh Hoa, a Party member who was awarded the decision, promised to continue to strive and successfully complete assigned political and professional tasks, vow to be loyal to the Party's ideals and revolutionary goals, and always be worthy of being a member of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

This is an important event in the Party building and development work of the Rural Development Party Cell, supplementing the Party Cell with young, capable, qualified and enthusiastic Party members to strengthen the Party Cell's fighting strength, contributing to building an increasingly strong Party Cell./.
