Joint venture of 3 contractors won the bid for the project to build a new administrative center of Bac Ha district

The Bac Ha District Construction Investment Project Management Board has just announced the results of selecting a contractor for package 5 to construct the Bac Ha District Administrative Center Headquarters project.

The new administrative center of Bac Ha district is built at the location of the old headquarters of the District Party Committee and District People's Committee.

The winning bidder is the joint venture of Duc Tuan Construction Investment Co., Ltd. - Disinfection and Termite Control Co., Ltd. - Construction Co., Ltd. 19 - 8. The winning bid value is 135,022 billion VND. The contract implementation period is 360 days.

The project to build a new administrative center of Bac Ha district located at the old headquarters of district agencies aims to ensure facilities, meet the working needs of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers of Bac Ha district agencies; overcome the situation of scattered work, build a formal and modern working environment, improve the efficiency of state management, and at the same time create architectural highlights and urban landscape of Bac Ha.

The architectural plan of the new administrative center of Bac Ha district is both modern and bears the mark of national culture.

The scale of construction investment includes: 5-storey block headquarters, designed with 3 clusters of space arranged according to 3 terrain levels, the northern cluster is the working space of units under the People's Committee, the central cluster is the ceremonial space, the working rooms of district leaders, the southern cluster is the working space of units under the District Party Committee. The kitchen and office items are 2 floors high. In addition, there are auxiliary items and exteriors.

The project has a total investment of 200 billion VND, from the central budget and Bac Ha district budget. The project implementation period is from 2023 to 2026.
