Roadmap for implementing the merger of provinces and cities and the reduction of communes
(Dan Tri) - It is expected that by June 30, the entire country will complete the arrangement of commune-level administrative units and by September 1, new provinces and cities will be put into operation with the number reduced by about half compared to the current structure.
