(ACCESSTRADE), officially launched the Cashback Shopping feature on LienViet24h. 
From March 29, 2024, customers can easily shop online with LienViet24h and enjoy cashback offers of up to 42% from e-commerce platforms and hundreds of famous domestic and international brands.
1. Target Customers: Available to all LPBank customers with a LienViet24h account.

Benefits of the Cashback Shopping feature on LienViet24h : – 500 discount vouchers of VND 100,000, VND 50,000, and VND 25,000 from e-commerce platforms Lazada, Shopee, and Pierre Cardin for first-time users of Cashback Shopping on LienViet24h. – Cashback offer of up to 42% of the order value. – Over 300 major brands and reputable companies. – Diverse product categories with hundreds of thousands of different products. – Continuously updated promotions and attractive offers from brands/e-commerce platforms, allowing customers to receive both discounts and cashback when shopping. – No limit on the number of cashback transactions. – Simple operation, easy to use and receive offers. – User-friendly interface, transparent statistics, and specific cashback regulations for each order.

4. Directions Instructions for using the Cashback Shopping feature: 
Dear customers, please update your LienViet24h app to version 2.1.2 to start using the Cashback Shopping feature. Note when using Cashback Shopping on LienViet24h: – You should click “Buy Now” after being redirected from the Cashback Shopping feature on LienViet24h to the online shopping app/website. – Do not click on brand advertising banners after clicking “Buy Now”. – For each “Buy Now” action, the system only records cashback for one payment.
5. Instructions for tracking orders on Cashback Shopping: 
Orders will be recorded 1-5 days after successful order creation and will be clearly displayed in the Order section of the app.
6. How to receive cashback when shopping through LienViet24h: – Orders will be processed for cashback after 30-60 days if the order is deemed valid. – To receive cashback, customers must not add products to their shopping cart before accessing the Cashback Shopping app from LienViet24h. – Customers who do not have an account or have not logged into the LienViet24h app can still use the shopping feature. However, customers need to successfully register an account and log into the LienViet24h app to use the withdrawal feature. – Withdraw money to your bank account when you have a cashback balance in the Withdrawal section. – Customers must log into the LienViet24h app to use the withdrawal feature. – Customers can withdraw cashback when the minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 VND. – Customers can check their withdrawal history in the Withdrawal History section. – The cashback policy on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and Tiki applies a maximum cashback per order. Therefore, customers should split their orders into multiple orders to receive the maximum cashback. – The system will not record cashback for orders in the following cases: Cancelled, returned, not received, self-created store, or orders placed on behalf of multiple people.
