Customers please update LienViet24h application version 2.1.2 to start using the Cashback Shopping utility. Notes when Shopping Cashback on LienViet24h: - You should click "Buy Now" after being redirected from the Cashback Shopping utility on LienViet24h to the online shopping application/website. - Do not click on the brand's advertising banner after clicking "Buy Now". - For each "Buy Now" action, the system only records the refund for 1 payment.
5. Instructions for tracking orders on Cashback Shopping: 
Orders will be recorded from 1 - 5 days after successfully creating an order and will be displayed transparently on the utility in the Orders section.
6. How to receive a refund when shopping for orders via LienViet24h: - Orders will continue to be reconciled for refunds after 30 - 60 days if the order is considered valid. - To be recorded for a refund, Customers must not add products to the shopping cart before accessing the Cashback Shopping utility from LienViet24h. - Customers who do not have an account or have not logged into the LienViet24h application can still use the shopping feature. However, customers need to successfully register an account and log into the LienViet24h application to use the withdrawal feature. - Withdraw money to a bank account when there is a balance of Cashback withdrawn in the Withdrawal section. - Customers must log into the LienViet24h application to use the withdrawal feature. – Customers can withdraw money when the minimum refund amount is 10,000 VND. – Customers can look up their withdrawal history in the Withdrawal History section. – The refund policy on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tiki will apply a maximum refund on 1 order. Therefore, customers should separate multiple orders to receive maximum refund. – The system will not record refunds for orders in the following cases: Canceled, returned, not received, self-created booth, placing orders for many people.
