Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh (born in 1983) holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Banking Academy and possesses over 20 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, having held numerous key management positions.
During her 18 years at VPBank , she successively held positions ranging from Credit Specialist, Head of Credit Department, Branch Manager to Regional Manager, demonstrating practical management capabilities and sharp managerial thinking.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh joined LPBank in 2023 and has since held positions such as Director of the Dong Do Branch, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Deputy Chief of the Board of Directors' Office, and Member of the Executive Board. She has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of LPBank Securities Company and LPB Fund Management Company. During her time at LPBank, she has actively participated in advising the Board of Directors and supporting the coordination of key programs of the Bank. Ms. Kieu Anh is recognized for her decisive implementation, adherence to objectives, and high sense of responsibility, making practical contributions to improving efficiency, streamlining the organizational structure, and enhancing the overall operational effectiveness of the entire system.
On December 10, 2025, LPBank officially appointed Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh as Deputy General Director in charge of the Administration Office. In her new role, she will continue to work alongside the Board of Directors in perfecting the organizational model, enhancing governance capabilities, and promoting the Bank's key development programs.

At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Vu Quoc Khanh, General Director of LPBank, highly appreciated Ms. Kieu Anh's contributions over the past period and expressed his expectations for her new role. “The appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu Anh is a well-deserved recognition of her management capabilities and deep understanding of the system.
