According to Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ly Son Special Zone Ngo Dinh Man, the locality clearly assigned tasks to each unit, effectively integrated programs in the same area, avoiding overlap. Communication, inspection and supervision work was strengthened, the movement "For the poor - no one is left behind" was effective, combined with examples of overcoming difficulties to create a spreading effect in the community.

Ly Son Special Economic Zone also encourages the socialization of resources, helping people to be self-reliant and reduce dependence. The review results in 2025 show that the rate of poor households will decrease by 0.91% and near-poor households will decrease by 0.9% compared to the end of 2024, recognizing efforts to improve people's lives.
