According to Gadget Match , it has been a long time since Microsoft announced the acquisition of Activision Blizzard, but this deal between the two companies is still facing many barriers from regulatory agencies, due to concerns that it will hinder competitiveness in the industry.
PlayStation's Project Q handheld game console
Microsoft is currently defending its deal in court. And in the process, the tech giant leaked the price of its competitor's upcoming PlayStation Project Q device.
Accordingly, a Microsoft court document, intended to explain how the company operates, was found to contain some information about Sony. Specifically, in a footnote at the bottom of the page, Microsoft revealed that "Sony is also expected to release a handheld version of the PlayStation 5 later this year for under $300."
The caption doesn't specify what the device is, but given Sony's recent announcement of Project Q, it's likely that it's the company's upcoming handheld.

Project Q isn't strictly a portable console. Instead, it will use Remote Play to stream games from a PlayStation console. Since Project Q isn't strictly a console, fans were hoping it would be more affordable than a PlayStation. Now, with Microsoft's leak, fans have a clearer look at Project Q.
