Anex Vietnam Trading and Tourism Company Limited (Anex Vietnam) - the company that brings Russian tourists to Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa province - announced that it will officially reopen charter flights connecting 11 cities in the Russian Federation with Nha Trang from March 16th.

Eastern European tourists visit Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.
Anex Vietnam, in collaboration with Azur Air LLC (part of the Anex Tour Group), transported over 1.17 million international tourists to Vietnam from 2013 to the end of 2019.
Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic (2021-2022) and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, direct flights from Russia to Khanh Hoa are very limited. The Russian government advised airlines to restrict international flights after the US and Western countries imposed sanctions.
Therefore, from October 2022, Anex Vietnam, in cooperation with Vietjet, expanded its operations to the Kazakhstan market and other former Soviet Union countries, with a frequency of 6 flights per week from Almaty and Astana to Cam Ranh.
In 2024, Anex Vietnam welcomed 46,348 visitors from former Soviet Union countries to Khanh Hoa for tourism and relaxation.
Russian tourists will have to travel through former Soviet Union countries to reach Nha Trang between 2022 and the end of February 2025.
