Lang Co is located north of Hai Van Pass, known as the "First Majestic Pass," and borders Da Nang . Visitors can reach it by private vehicle, bus, or the "Central Vietnam Heritage Connection" train, which runs twice a day connecting Hue and Da Nang.
Upon arriving at Lang Co station, passengers can leisurely stroll and admire the sunrise over the bay if they take the morning train to Da Nang.
As dawn breaks, Lang Co Bay appears like a watercolor painting, with the early morning mist embracing the mountains and descending close to the sea.
To experience it for yourself, follow the road up to Hai Van Pass and look down to see a unique landscape where rivers, mountains, the sea, and lagoons converge.
The best time to visit Lang Co Bay is from April to July each year because that is when the sea water in the bay is clear and the weather is cool.
Lang Co has many resorts, hotels, and guesthouses for tourists to stay in. The area is rich in shrimp and fish from both the lagoon and the sea, so when you come to Lang Co, be sure to eat to your heart's content because the prices are very reasonable.
After eating, playing, and sightseeing, you should visit the fishing village at the foot of Hai Van Pass to listen, breathe, and enjoy the salty taste of the sea.
