At 7:00 a.m. on June 19, many places in Bac Giang , Bac Kan, Lang Son, etc. still had not stopped raining.
The Department of Hydrometeorology and Meteorology warns today of the risk of localized heavy rain, tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind in many areas across the country, especially the North, Central Highlands and South.
Specifically, the meteorological agency warned that this morning, rain continued to appear in the mountainous areas of the North with an amount of 10-30mm, some places could exceed 60mm (measured in a short period of time).

By this evening and tonight, the mountainous and midland areas of the North will have moderate rain, locally heavy to very heavy rain with common rainfall of 20-40mm, the highest place can exceed 100mm (measured in a short time). The remaining areas of the North also recorded scattered showers and thunderstorms, rainfall ranging from 10-30mm, locally over 70mm.
At the same time, the Central Highlands and the South will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, some places will have heavy rain with an amount of 10-30mm, locally it can exceed 50mm.
