On August 5th, the Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee's online portal announced that the Binh Duong Provincial People's Council issued Resolution No. 07/2024/NQ-HĐND stipulating the rates, collection methods, and payment procedures for business registration fees in Binh Duong province.
Accordingly, the applicable subjects are organizations, groups of individuals, households, and individuals who, upon being granted a business registration certificate by a competent state management agency, including: business registration certificates for household businesses, cooperative registration certificates, and cooperative union registration certificates (including certificates for branches, representative offices, and business locations of cooperatives and cooperative unions), must pay business registration fees; State agencies, organizations, and other individuals involved in the declaration, collection, payment, management, and use of fees.
Accordingly, for cooperatives, branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperatives, cooperative unions, branches, representative offices, business locations of cooperative unions, and household businesses: The fee for issuing a new business registration certificate is 100,000 VND per issuance; the fee for amending a business registration certificate is 50,000 VND per issuance; and the fee for reissuing a business registration certificate is 30,000 VND per issuance.
The fee for online public services when organizations and individuals submit applications for administrative procedures online is 50% of the prescribed fee.

The agencies collecting the fees must remit 100% of the collected fees to the State budget.
Exemptions from fees include: Changes to telephone number, fax, email, website, and address due to changes in administrative boundaries; corrections to information on business registration certificates, cooperative registration certificates, and cooperative union registration certificates; registration of dissolution or temporary suspension of business for household businesses, cooperatives, and cooperative unions; termination of operations of branches, representative offices, and business locations of cooperatives and cooperative unions; poor households, the elderly, people with disabilities, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and ethnic minorities in communes with particularly difficult socio -economic conditions.
