GĐXH - The Prime Minister has just signed a decision to award the "Government Emulation Flag" to 14 collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2023, including Nam Dinh province.

On October 14, 2024, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh signed a decision of the Prime Minister on awarding the "Government Emulation Flag" to 14 collectives with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2023.

According to the list of 14 collectives, there is Nam Dinh province, with outstanding achievements in the emulation movement in 2023 of the Emulation Cluster of the Red River Delta provinces.

Specifically, the list includes: Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; National Truth Publishing House has had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the Central Party Agencies' emulation bloc.

The State Audit Office and the Ministry of National Defense have had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the Central Internal Affairs ministries and branches.

The Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union has had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the emulation bloc of socio-political organizations and federation organizations; Vietnam News Agency has had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the emulation bloc of ministries, branches of Science - Culture - Society.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment has had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the general ministries and branches.

The provinces and cities awarded the title include: Hai Phong City, which has achieved outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the 5 centrally-run cities; Nam Dinh Province, which has achieved outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the Red River Delta provinces; Ha Tinh Province, which has achieved outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the North Central provinces; Binh Dinh Province, which has achieved outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the Central Highlands and Central Coast provinces.

Soc Trang province and Ca Mau province have had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the Emulation Cluster of the Southwestern provinces; finally, Binh Phuoc province has had outstanding achievements in the 2023 emulation movement of the Emulation Cluster of the Southeastern provinces.
