"Muse" of Vietnam Idol 2023 reveals the reason for her absence for nearly a year

(Dan Tri) - After her success at "Vietnam Idol 2023", Lamoon did not perform or participate in many activities. The female singer almost "disappeared" in the bustling music market.

Singer Lamoon's real name is Diem Hang, born in 2003, from Quang Nam . She is widely known to the audience when she achieved the top 6 final result at the Vietnam Idol 2023 contest.

Being able to produce music, write lyrics and rap with his own "baby voice", Lamoon's songs always create their own mark such as "Vi yeu cu dam dau", "Con duyen", "Naruto-haired nightingale"... The name Lamoon also became a prominent search keyword at "Vietnam Idol 2023".

During the past year, Lamoon only participated in the movie "Tunnel - Sun in the Dark" by director Bui Thac Chuyen, which was also her first role.

Sharing about "disappearing" for a year, Lamoon said: "Many friends and audiences asked me if I was "missing" for so long, weren't I afraid that the audience would forget me? Actually, I was afraid, but more than that, I hope I can prepare carefully for my first album to bring the most perfect product to the audience who love me."

On the evening of October 24, Lamoon released the MV Alone, telling the story of an unforgettable first love, intertwined between happiness and loneliness. The MV is like a slow-motion film about the memorable memories of the two main characters: a famous singer (Lamoon) and a cameraman (Stephen Nguyen - Champion of The Next Face ).

Not choosing to follow the conventional model, Lamoon wishes to affirm his personal musical color by writing his own songs and collaborating with music producers to create his own products.

The singer said her project will last from October this year to January 2025 with the consecutive release of 3 songs and a complete album of 9 songs.
