The groundbreaking ceremony for Luxora Bac Giang apartments was held at the project site on the southern front of the urban area, Dinh Ke ward, Bac Giang city. Nearly 100 guests, including partners, general contractors, construction companies, and design firms, attended the event.
According to the announcement, Luxora Bac Giang is a twin tower complex with 28 above-ground floors and 1 basement floor, comprising 640 apartments with 2-4 bedrooms and 48 duplex units. The units range in size from 70-233 m2. All apartments have 2-4 open sides, private balconies, and large windows.

The developer stated that the project's exterior design is inspired by the majestic Yên Thế sword pointing towards the blue sky, with the tower's outline symbolizing the waves of the Thương River. The project is expected to become a beacon of glory and a source of pride for the people of Bắc Giang.
Luxora boasts 68 amenities, including firsts in Bac Giang such as an Onsen (hot spring bath), an indoor Pickle Ball court, and a three-story parking garage. In addition, there are upscale facilities like two sky gardens, a cloud forest, an indoor swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a shopping center. Mr. Nguyen Van Dong, Deputy Head of Project Management, representing the investor, New GoldSun Joint Stock Company, stated that Luxora Bac Giang is a crucial project for the company amidst Bac Giang's strong economic growth. The twin towers also affirm New GoldSun's commitment to creating iconic projects with green living spaces, numerous modern amenities, and a focus on improving residents' health.
"Each apartment at Luxora Bac Giang serves as both a residence and a resort, especially affirming the elite status of those living here," Mr. Dong said.
The Luxora Bac Giang project is being constructed by Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company, one of Vietnam's leading construction groups with over 35 years of experience. Mr. Luu Tran Phuoc Duc, General Director and representative of Hoa Binh Construction Group Joint Stock Company, said that they had gathered enough machinery and tools before Tet (Lunar New Year) and will focus on rapidly deploying the Luxora Bac Giang project, striving to exceed the schedule set by the investor, New GoldSun.
