Bank sells debt of more than 320 billion VND, mortgaged by Cienco 873 headquarters

BIDV is looking for a unit to auction the debt of more than 320 billion VND of Cienco 873. The collateral is the office building at 346 Nguyen Trai (Hanoi), which is also the company's headquarters.

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam ( BIDV ) announced the selection of a unit to auction the debt of Joint Stock Company 873 - Construction of Traffic Works (Cienco 873) at BIDV Saigon Center Branch.

Cienco 873 is located at 346 Nguyen Trai Street, Hanoi City. The company operates in the field of construction of traffic works, technical infrastructure; industrial, civil, irrigation, water supply and drainage works, power lines and stations up to 35 KV; construction supervision of traffic works; design of road works, bridges, tunnels; consulting, material testing, investment consulting...

As of November 26, 2025, Cienco 873's debt at BIDV has reached VND 320,275 billion.

The assets securing the debt are land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land at 346 Nguyen Trai Street, which is also the company's headquarters, owned by Cienco 873.

This is an office building with a prominent location on Nguyen Trai street.

The starting price of the debt is determined by the book value of the debt at the time of signing the auction contract but not less than VND 321 billion.
