On December 9th and 10th, the Pho Day 2023 event took place at Da Lat Market and Da Lat University. In response to the event's message, "Let's eat the best Pho together - Honoring Vietnamese cuisine," Acecook Vietnam implemented many meaningful activities such as: Happy Truck Sampling, a heartwarming "bowl of pho on a cold winter night" for those working to make a living, a "pho cooking class" experience, scholarships for students in remote areas, and giving away Pho to local people.
"Pho Cooking Class - Bringing Authentic Pho Restaurant Flavors to Every Home"
For a long time, pho has been considered a quintessential Vietnamese dish when introduced to the world . In Vietnam, pho also has its own distinct regional flavor.
For "Pho Day 2023," Pho De Nhat introduces three signature flavors: Beef Pho, Chicken Pho with broth simmered for 12 hours using real bones and meat, following the restaurant's secret recipe, and Special Beef Pho - a new product with the distinctive flavor of stir-fried beef with ginger and garlic, a true Hanoi delicacy.
The "Pho Cooking Class" held on the afternoon of December 9th at Da Lat University is considered one of the highlights of "Pho Day" 2023.
In today's busy life, time is increasingly precious. Within a limited time and budget, Pho De Nhat instant pho can still provide a solution for a quality meal. Pho De Nhat's chefs will guide you on how to quickly and easily cook a bowl of pho at home.
With our concentrated pho broth made from "12 hours of simmering real bones and meat," you can easily create a bowl of sweet and savory broth, paired with chewy and soft rice noodles, for a quality bowl of pho. Just add a few ingredients you usually have at home, such as some beef, beef meatballs, bean sprouts, or vegetables, and you'll have a delicious bowl of pho just like in a restaurant.
Over 600 bowls of Pho De Nhat were served to visitors during the festival.
Also on this occasion, Acecook Vietnam awarded scholarships to underprivileged students in the local area and sponsored 1,000 gifts at the "zero-cost" market.
Heartwarming "Bowl of Pho on a Cold Winter Night"
Continuing the activities from "Pho Day" 2023, around the Happytruck parked at Da Lat night market, locals and tourists can sample De Nhat pho; beef, chicken, and rare beef versions. On a chilly winter night in the misty city, enjoying a hot bowl of pho is truly wonderful.
In particular, to bring unexpected joy to laborers struggling to make a living outside their homes, after leaving the central market in Da Lat, the Happytruck vehicle traveled around the city, personally delivering packages of Pho De Nhat (a type of Vietnamese noodle soup) to workers late at night, as a heartwarming gesture to celebrate Pho Day on December 12th.
According to a representative from Acecook Vietnam, after leaving work in the early morning mist, they can enjoy a wonderful breakfast with packages of De Nhat pho. The pho cart is not just a means of transportation, but also a source of motivation and creativity, adding color to life!
