The hot air balloon festival will take place tomorrow.

Tomorrow (September 1st), Ha Long City will host the Hot Air Balloon Festival with the theme "Heritage City - Colors of Ha Long" 2024.

The hot air balloons were gathered at 30/10 Square.

This is the first time Ha Long City has organized a hot air balloon festival with activities including: hot air balloon rides, hot air balloon tours, a hot air balloon lantern festival, and hot air balloons decorating the ground.

Accordingly, at 7:00 AM on September 1st, Ha Long City will officially open the festival; from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM and after 4:30 PM each day, hot air balloon rides will be held. Ha Long City will issue free tickets (or passes) for the rides to control the number of visitors. The event will take place at 30/10 Square and Ocean Park Beach.

Other festival activities will take place at 30/10 Square.

Paragliders have been deployed at 30/10 Square.

In addition to the hot air balloon festival, there will also be a supplementary activity: paramotor flights from Bai Chay over Cua Luc Bay to 30/10 Square and back.

The festival will run until September 2nd.

It is known that from now until the end of the year, Ha Long City will organize many festivals such as: the Mid-Autumn Festival and artistic light show by the Heritage Bay; the Ripe Guava Festival; Ha Long Bay Heritage Day; the flower festival at Quang La flower paradise… Through these events, the city will increase its attractiveness to tourists and concretize the project of becoming a Festival City with diversified products.
