Towards the 70th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), many suburban streets of Hanoi are decorated with flags, flowers, and beautiful propaganda billboards.

These days, the suburban areas of Hanoi have been urgently overcoming the consequences of the historic storm and flood while re-decorating the streets to be bright, green, clean and beautiful to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital.
