On the evening of December 12th, the Miss International Beauty 2025 Finals were held in Ho Chi Minh City with the participation of 36 contestants from many countries.
At the final night, the top 20, top 12, and top 5 were announced. However, instead of directly selecting the top 5 as in previous years, the judges only called out the names of the first four contestants, while the other eight girls in the top 12 had to go to the Q&A round to compete for the last remaining spot.
The top 5 contestants participated in an individual Q&A session and answered one final question. The questions revolved around issues such as: the role of women in education , the mission of promoting sustainable tourism, and redefining beauty in the digital age.

Ultimately, Anna Blanco from Venezuela was crowned Miss Universe. The first and second runner-up titles went to Luisa Victoria Malz from Germany and Rinanda Aprillya Maharani from Indonesia, respectively.
Anna Blanco boasts an impressive height of 1.82m and body measurements of 86-61-98cm. She is a singer, songwriter, television presenter, and model. Anna previously studied music performance at Holland College in Canada and the Academy of Modern Music in England and Ireland.

Anna Blanco's victory was considered convincing. She was highly praised by the judges for her beauty, performance skills, intellectual background, and a heart for the community.
Before competing in Miss International Beauty 2025, Anna was crowned Miss Grand Venezuela 2024.

The organizers awarded the following special prizes: Most Popular Beauty - USA, Best Evening Gown - Germany, Miss Tourism - Vietnam, Best National Costume - Philippines, Best Swimsuit - India, Miss Media - Cambodia, Miss Inspirational - Italy, Best Face - Poland, Miss AI - Thailand.
At this competition, the contestant from host country Vietnam, Mai Ngo, made it to the top 12. Born in 1995, she is 1.73m tall with measurements of 86-67-100cm. Mai Ngo was the 4th runner-up in Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 and has participated in many reality TV modeling shows.
Mai Ngo was highly praised for her performance skills and positive energy. However, compared to international contestants, her beauty and some other skills were not impressive enough. Therefore, her decision to stop at the top 12 was considered reasonable.
