On January 5, a representative of the Road Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 7 - Traffic Police Department, said that they had issued a fine to a driver from An Giang for two acts of driving a car exceeding the speed limit and having an expired driver's license according to Decrees 100 and 123.

Previously, on the evening of December 31, this person drove a car at high speed on the highway from Ho Chi Minh City to Can Tho . The friend sitting next to him used his phone to record and post it on Tiktok. At one point, the car's speed reached 210 km/h in Vinh Long City, while the maximum speed on the route cannot exceed 90 km/h.

Working with the police, the driver said he had just bought the car and wanted to test the speed and record a video to "show off to his friends".
