At the Festival, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son acknowledged the positive results of Huong Tram residential area in implementing emulation movements, building cultural life and developing the community in recent times. At the same time, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the spirit of solidarity and consensus of the people as the core factor to complete the tasks of 2025 and create a new momentum in the whole society.

He affirmed that the great national unity has created great strength, helping the country overcome difficulties and challenges, achieving achievements in all fields, contributing to improving the material and spiritual life of the people, while enhancing the prestige and position of Vietnam in the international arena. In addition, the Great National Unity Day is not only an occasion to review traditions but also an opportunity for each citizen to become more united, unanimous, and join hands to build the homeland to become more prosperous and civilized.

The Deputy Prime Minister requested the Party Committee, authorities and Fatherland Front at all levels in Huong Tram residential area, Viet Tri ward to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation, closely follow the grassroots, grasp the thoughts and aspirations of the people; improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization, promptly convey the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the people. The Deputy Prime Minister highly appreciated the important role of residential areas in building new rural areas, civilized urban areas, maintaining a safe, clean and beautiful living environment and creating a healthy community living space for children.

Emphasizing the task of taking care of social security, the Deputy Prime Minister asked localities to pay more attention to policy families, meritorious people, poor households and those in especially difficult circumstances; continue to mobilize social resources to support the disadvantaged, especially in natural disasters and floods. Huong Tram area has more than 850 households but there are only 4 poor households, accounting for 0.01%, but the community's cooperation is needed so that no one is left behind.

The Deputy Prime Minister also requested the locality to promote the movement to encourage learning and talents, promote the tradition of studiousness of Phu Tho; strive for 100% of school-age children to go to school, no dropouts; create conditions for the young generation to improve their knowledge and reach out to the world .

Huong Tram residential area is a locality with a tradition of solidarity, actively responding to patriotic emulation movements and the campaign "All people unite to build a cultural life". In recent years, the work of the Front in residential areas has continued to be effective when gathering great solidarity, promoting propaganda, and mobilizing people to participate in patriotic emulation movements. Social supervision and criticism activities have been strengthened; people's opinions and recommendations have been compiled and forwarded to authorities at all levels, contributing to improving the quality of Party and government building at the grassroots level.

In 2025, the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" achieved many outstanding results with 807/852 households participating, accounting for 95%. Of which, 36 households achieved the title of Typical Cultural Family; 4 collectives and 25 individuals were recognized for their outstanding achievements. People donated 250 m² of land and contributed working days to build public works...

Many self-management models continue to be maintained and developed such as “Green Sunday”, “Clean roads - bright alleys - clean fields”, “Self-managed residential areas”, “Green, clean, beautiful residential areas”, “Flower roads”, “Saving scrap materials”… creating positive changes in environmental protection and building a civilized lifestyle. People also voluntarily transform vacant lots into flower roads, plant trees on both sides of the road, contributing to beautifying the landscape of the area.

In addition, the campaigns "Fund for the poor", "Tet for the poor" and social security programs continue to be effectively implemented, creating resources to support households in difficult circumstances to stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, on behalf of the Party and State leaders, Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son and leaders of Viet Tri ward presented many gifts and cash to Huong Tram residential area and policy families and exemplary families.
