The graduation ceremony for 302 new graduates of the 8th cohort of the BIFA International Bachelor's Program will take place in November 2025.

BIFA's appeal comes not only from its optimal training program in the context of integration, but also from the high appreciation of major employers for its outstanding quality, which is confirmed through the success of 8 graduating cohorts who have entered the labor market. In order to further improve the quality of training, in the coming time, the National Economics University (NEU) and Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK) will promote the internationalization of learning activities, expanding many more "privileges" for BIFA students in the UK.

Training programs that anticipate the trends of globalization.

The digitalization and integration era is posing new requirements for accounting and finance human resources, not only with solid expertise but also with global thinking, technology adaptability and foreign language skills to work effectively in a global environment. Since 2018, NEU has cooperated with Cardiff Metropolitan University to implement the BIFA international joint program, both training a generation of human resources to meet new market demands and opening up opportunities for international standard learning and career opportunities worldwide for the young generation of Vietnam.

The program is designed to be taught entirely in English and taught at NEU by a team of Professors, Associate Professors, and PhDs who have been trained in advanced countries. BIFA students study in an international standard environment, participate in academic exchanges and seminars with lecturers from NEU and Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Honoring 302 new graduates of the 8th cohort and welcoming new students of the 12th cohort.

Recently, on November 9, NEU and Cardiff Metropolitan University held the Graduation Ceremony for the 8th batch and the Opening Ceremony for the 12th batch of the BIFA International Bachelor's Program. Of the 302 new graduates, 138 achieved Excellent grades - an impressive number reflecting the quality of training and the serious learning spirit of the students.

At the graduation ceremony, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu - Deputy Director of NEU expressed his pride and sent a message to the new graduates: an international bachelor's degree not only marks the past journey of knowledge, but also opens a new path, where each student needs to continue to learn, develop their capacity and be ready to integrate and compete in the global labor market. With a solid foundation of knowledge, comprehensive skills and international thinking, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Hieu believes that BIFA students will become dynamic and creative global citizens, contributing to affirming the position of the National Economics University on the international education map.

Increasing international "privileges" for students.

One of the great advantages of BIFA students is the companionship of international professional organizations, of which the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) is a typical example. ICAEW has worked closely with BIFA to support students in pursuing international professional qualifications and connecting with employers. ICAEW's global network of partner businesses opens up many job opportunities for BIFA students at home and abroad.

According to NEU leaders, in the coming time, the BIFA program will continue to strengthen the internationalization of learning activities, creating conditions for students to participate in international seminars and conferences at Cardiff Metropolitan, as well as joint academic projects with local students and lecturers of Cardiff Metropolitan University. The two schools aim to deploy the Global Classroom model, allowing BIFA students at NEU to attend online practical lectures at Cardiff Metropolitan, to enhance the international learning experience and academic connection between the two schools.
